Strengthen your core, protect your back, flatten your abs and build bone density. With this training program you can become stronger, improve posture, look better and stay healthier!

Terese is  a renowned group leader specializing in safe, realistic, fun fitness programs for adults of all ages to enhance both daily living and leisure time activities. She is American Council on Exercise (ACE) Gold Certified, a member of both the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the International Dance Exercise Association (IDEA).
