Experience boxing for better coordination, Fitness balls for core strengthening and the use of Toe-Tambourines for better ankle strength, flexibility and balance. Multiple stations allow working around injuries or limitations.

Dave’s goal is helping clients of all ages achieve an improved quality of life. He is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Health Fitness instructor, UCLA certified Fitness Instructor, certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and has a certification from the American Institute of Fitness Educators.
