Condition the Body – Focus the Mind
Known as energizing “Moving Meditation,” Tai Chi and Qigong cultivates balance and good posture in a fun way. This Body/Mind practice is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, circulation and musculoskeletal strength. Breath is a link between the ‘Yi’ (intentional Mind) and the ‘Jing’ (physical Body) – discover it.

About the Instructor.
Gina is a senior instructor and training coordinator with the Kai Ying Tung Academy. She has traveled the world teaching and performing Martial Arts Demonstrations. With a background in professional dance, experiential kinesiology and therapeutic bodywork, Gina is able to tailor her classes to the goals of each individual participant.
