About the Instructor.
Kathy is a registered Occupational Therapist and has experience in cardiac and cancer rehabilitation. She also has expertise in the areas of arthritis, osteoporosis, and neck & back pain. Kathy has designed and instructed many balance and exercise programs for aging populations at senior fitness and balance classes in the Los Angeles area.
